I created my blog, Curls n Dumbbells, in May of 2016 to share my love for natural hair and my passion for health and wellness! I wanted to serve as a consistent resource for women who need help in these areas by providing practical tips and encouragement!
When I create my blog posts, my hope is that someone would be inspired to begin their own journey and realize their goals are also within reach, because, why not you?!
I share my personal weight loss story from my 60 pound weight-loss to my over 10 years of maintenance, to meal prepping, developing better habits, my morning routine, my IBS story, how to eat out with your goals in mind + MORE!
